The Closed Alpha is the first cohort: five hand-picked clubs whose coaches help shape the platform from the inside. They're free for life — every athlete, every coach, every feature — because they took the bet when no one else had.
Closed Alpha clubs aren’t just early customers. They’re the founding intelligence layer of the platform — in three distinct roles that compound over time. Every Alpha club takes on at least the first role; the other two are opt-in.
Run real seasons on the platform. Find the bugs. Ship feedback to the build team. Break things on purpose so we can fix them before any other club joins. Every Alpha club takes this role.
